How Daily Netwalk Works
- Every day at midnight UTC, a new 7×7 board is generated.
- Everyone gets the same board. Your friend in Tokyo sees the exact same tiles as you.
- The UTC date seeds a repeatable pseudorandom board. Scores are stored in your browser, not verified by a server; this is a friendly challenge, not an anti-cheat competition.
- Solve it, note your moves and time, and compare with friends.
- Come back tomorrow for a new challenge. 365 puzzles a year.
Daily uses Bounded rules: every opening must match its neighbor, all tiles must reach the center, and loops are not allowed. Endpoints and crosses are valid pieces. Press Z to undo or R to restart the same challenge. Want other modes and sizes? Open the game options →
Rules update, September 14, 2026: Bounded boards now preserve their generated tree. Daily layouts from older game versions and their local scores are not comparable with this version. See the generation correction and tests.
